Steps: How to Root LG G4 H815 with Chainfire’s SuperSU Root Tool:
1:- First of all, unlock the bootloader of your phone because without unlocking the LG G4 you will not be able to install a custom recovery. Here is how to unlock the bootloader of LG G4.
2:- Next, install and set up ADB drivers. Read this guide.
3:- Download and install LG drivers on your PC. (Windows, Mac)
4:- Download and install TWRP Recovery
5:- Plug your device to the PC using its USB data cable.
6:- Transfer the SuperSU root package to the phone’s storage.
7:- Boot your LG G4 into recovery mode. Open the folder where you have saved the TWRP recovery and launch the command prompt window within that folder.
Hold the Shift key, right-click on an empty space inside the folder. A drop down menu will show up, select Open command window here
8:- Type the following command and press Enter:
adb reboot recovery
9:- While the device is now in Recovery, tap on Install. Navigate to the SuperSU file that you’ve already saved in Step No 6. Select the file and then choose Swipe to Confirm Flash option.
