The developers have been putting in the work in order to extend the LineageOS 20 builds based on Android 13 to more devices. Previously, official builds of the Android 13 custom ROM were released for more than 50 new devices which previously were not a part of the LineageOS roster. Now the developers have extended the builds to a few more devices, which include the Sony Xperia XZ2, XZ2 Compact, Xperia XZ2 premium, and the Sony Xperia XZ3. The Xperia XZ2 series and the XZ3 were released in the same year, running on Android 8.0 Oreo and Android 9.0 Pie respectively. Both of these devices were updated to Android 10 through OTA updates from Sony, but none of them were upgraded to Android 11 officially by Sony. This is where Custom ROM comes in.
